The 2013 Chardonnay opens with enticing aromas of pear and lemon curd. Green apples and lemon bars come to mind upon first tasting. As the wine opens up, rich pear galette presents itself and lingers into the long finish. The crisp, clean flavors and balance of the wine are impressive.
