Tasting Notes
Our 2014 Sonrisa has aromatics of organic floral orange blossom combined with grass and stone. The nose is followed by a wave of big warm baked apple fullness and the unmistakable citrus and mineral finish we love so much about this grape. Again, this is aged for 60 months in barrel.
Food Pairing
This wine is best with great Texas food like artisan Hill Country cheese, fresh berries over an arugula salad, Spicy Indian, and surprisingly, carrot cake. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
