Tasting Note
This single barrel of Pinot Gris was aged extensively while we waited for it to evolve. It did eventually form this enigmatic wine that is both elegant and powerful. Notes of peach pie and candle smoke drift into a lengthy citrus-framed candied apricot and mango finish.
