Our 2014 Big O lives up to its name. All the wildly organic floral orange blossom combined with grass and stone. The nose is followed by a wave of big warm baked apple fullness and the unmistakable citrus and mineral finish we love so much about this grape. Again, this is fermented bone dry.
Nature is amazing. Grapes, yeast, and an oak barrel came together and produced magic. Aromas of tropical fruits and vanilla transcend to buttery warmth and richness. The lengthy lemon drop finish making this one of the most complex yet harmonious wines we've made. Fermented bone dry and aged in neutral French barrels.
Traditional barrel fermentation and aging in neutral French barrels. The result is a floral but powerful aroma of jasmine and honey followed by rich harmonious warmth and a crisp citrus and stony finish that elegantly lingers.

Our 2015 Orange Muscat has aromatics of organic floral orange blossom combined with grass and stone. Aged for 5 years in neutral oak.
