Tasting Notes:
Bright fruit flavors of blueberry, black cherry, red licorice and cola are the first impression in the mouth. This is a very refined wine in the Delicace' style. Tannins are soft and supple with good acid to accentuate the flavors. It is at its peak now and will provide enjoyment for years to come. This wine will pair best with lighter fare such as salmon or veal.
